RPP Rules Reporting Procedure
To adopt DB and DC systems, the company and employees should devise their agreed-on RPP rules.
The RPP rules should be reported to the Ministry of Employment and Labor after obtaining the agreement of employees’ representatives.

- A copy of RPP rules
- A copy of agreement on RPP adoption
and RPP rules

- 02Submit documents
- Submit the documents to the local employment and labor office

- 03Receive an official letter
- Receive an official letter from the local employment and labor office notifying the RPP rules were reported.
