RPP Rules Reporting Procedure

To adopt DB and DC systems, the company and employees should devise their agreed-on RPP rules.
The RPP rules should be reported to the Ministry of Employment and Labor after obtaining the agreement of employees’ representatives.

    • ‘Agreement of employees’ representatives?
      • The agreement of the union which consists of over a half of employees.
      • The agreement of over a half of employees when there is no such union.
  • 01Prepare documents
    • A copy of report of RPP rules
    • A copy of RPP rules
    • A copy of agreement on RPP adoption
      and RPP rules
     
  • 02Submit documents
    Submit the documents to the local employment and labor office
     
  • 03Receive an official letter
    Receive an official letter from the local employment and labor office notifying the RPP rules were reported.
